Feyzi Onur Koca graduated from Electrical Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1981, and earned his MBA degree at Istanbul University in 1982. Then in 2005, he completed the “International Systemic Training and Consulting” program at Austria LIMAK International Management Akademie. Between 1991-2001, Feyzi Onur Koca worked as the Managing Director and Europe Coordinator at Jotun Boya ve Toz Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and in 2002-2004, he served as the Founding Partner at Lanark Resources Ltd. while working as the International Sales Coordinator at the Istanbul office of Capex Industries. Through March 2004 until September 2005, he held his role as the COO at London Touch Group plc. Then, he served as the Managing Director at Parker İklim Kontrol Sistemleri A.Ş. between 2005-2012, as the CEO and Country Manager at G4S Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş. between 2012-2017, and as the CEO at ICS-Group between 2017-2022. He is now the Managing Director of OZ Optics Turkey. He is also a member of the board of trustees at Boğaziçi University Foundation (BUVAK), Lokman Hekim Health Foundation and Bornova Anatolian High School Foundation, and a member of ENKA Sports Club and Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD). Feyzi Onu Koca serves on the board of directors of some companies under Yaşar Group.
